First Penance
Today was a very special day day for pupils in Rang a Dó as they received the Sacrament of Reconciliation for the first time.
Like Zacchaeus in the Gospel, we sometimes make bad choices and hurt other people. In the Sacrament of Reconciliation, we can have a similar experience to Zacchaeus when we admit our sins and experience forgiveness.
Thank you to Mrs. Mc Nulty and Mrs. Sherry for their work in guiding the pupils towards this special milestone in their lives. We are so appreciative to Fr. Early for sharing his time so generously with us.
May God continue to bless these pupils as they prepare to receive the sacrament of First Communion in May.
